Fred, I just went through this process, so I can tell you that: yes, it does. When you click "Create a repository", you are given several options for importing old repos. They recommend the dumpfile generated by "svnadmin dump". It was having some issues a few weeks ago, but I just tested this morning and it works splendidly. Assuming your dumpfile is under 20MB, you can test it on a free account. More than that and you'll need a paid account, or you can just test a limited range of changesets.

so, I just signed up for a free account. I noticed that I can do an import of a dump file. this was great news for me. The problem is that it took forever to upload. and, it never finished. I let it run for about an hour. Granted the dump file is fairly large (30 mgs). So, I tried the archive method which allows for a zip file (11 mgs). No luck with this either.
Is this normal? Does it usually take this long?
fred asked a question in Beanstalk on February 14, 2008 17:57:
migrate existing svn repos to beanstalkCan an existing SVN repos be migrated into beanstalk? I want all of my repos logs and commit messages to be migrated. If I were administering this repos, I would do a "svnadmin dump" and "svnadmin load". But, I can't tell is beanstalk supports this.
