Why simple and common features not available on MotionBox?

So.... I'm paying over $100 a month for a PRO account with MotionBox. I still can't do a BASIC search through the videos on my account. I still can't upload a still image as a preview for my videos. These are things that many companies offer for FREE. I don't understand why this is not possible on this platform. Many people have requested this feature, and the only response seems to be "sorry, we can't do that right now but thanks for the feedback". These are SIMPLE and COMMON attributes of video sharing sites all over the web. Why is it that it's not possible on MotionBox?

This seems so obvious.... why can't one search by any of the words in the TITLE of the video? To find a video of mine is an ARDUOUS task of going through, page by page looking at videos to find what I need. That seems a bit ridiculous, no?

Why do no videos play? The thing just keeps turning and turning and turning and turning. Test 6 videos and NONE are playing.

I'm becoming extremely frustrated with this service that I'm paying over $100 per month for! Last night for nearly an hour I could not upload anything NOR could any videos be viewed. 8 hours later it's still the same situation! MotionBox is doing "maintenance" ALL THE TIME. That is absolutely unacceptable. If your business is not ready for prime time then you should pull it down and go back to the drawing board and get it right before you start charging people to use it. I would like to know EXACTLY how many times per day this site is down and for how long. If things don't get better, I will find another solution that is reliable.

Why is MotionBox down AGAIN?

Is this site down AGAIN? A recent video is filled with glitches that are not on the original file uploaded, and now I can't upload again. Your uploader doesn't work and your website is a mess... all the graphics are missing and nothing can be uploaded.

How often does this site actually GO DOWN? How often do you do maintenance? It feels like every time I go on, the site is down... and I'm paying over $100/mo to use Motionbox, so am getting a little frustrated. I understand the need for maintenance, but it seems like it's a daily thing.. if not more than once a day.

Just the other day. Nothing played. It was just strange that they would be doing "maintenance" during prime time (as opposed to an off hour when people aren't affected). It was right in the middle of the workday.

Great.. that wouldn't be good. And they recently shut down (during prime time no less) for "maintenance". I guess it didn't work!

No embedded videos are playing now? What's the problem? It plays fine on your site, but not as an embedded video. The page is just blank.

Actually, just to be able to REVERSE the order so the newest uploads are FIRST (not last) would be REALLY helpful. It's annoying to have to scroll through screen after screen after screen after screen to find the video I JUST uploaded.

I can't upload ANYTHING by ANY method. The uploader conks out many times through the upload... and often times won't even log in. Doing it from the web page uploads it 'with errors'. Have tried at least a dozen times.

Garrett: Am in the same boat. I think I'm going to bail as well as are several people I recommended this service to. Nobody is happy with this, and yet nothing gets changed. This just seems like a simple issue - even just revert back to the way it was before - that would be a huge improvement.

And as far as the image not being "random".... I highly doubt ANYONE edits a video so that the frame they want to present is exactly the halfway mark of the video - that's just an idiotic concept. It's still RANDOM. And it looks absolutely horrible.

Any progress on this? Many, MANY sites at least let you upload a still photo that would be displayed. That doesn't seem like a major deal, but there needs to be some control over the image. Personally I'd just rather having nothing than these random frames, most of which are ridiculous looking and almost unidentifable.

That's not the issue. Up until VERY recently, the first frame of the video was the image that was shown. Now, it's just some RANDOM image that can't be controlled, which is a little stupid as it conveys nothing. Why is THIS happening and how do I get rid of it?

All of a sudden I notice a 'random' image at the beginning of my videos. I don't want that. How do I either get rid of it or upload my own image?
