the integration with basecamp is excellent (you can use the 2do's from basecamp as tasks in tick and track the time for this task)...

the roadmap looks nice; i have no problem with removing the features you mentioned...
we never used the realtime chat (though it might be useful to have a possibility to note what was said when; import of im/mail-transcript maybe?) and the blog is nice to have but not a real key-feature.
