The windows seem to be from a page: http://qtl.co.il/ (Quick TransLation (qtl)), did you install any translation widgets or new applications?

Zemanta doesn't insert any windows or annoying advertising into your blog. I suggest you take a look at the installed widgets in Blogger and remove any strange ones.
