Guy is correct. We don't offer that feature yet.
If getting a notice on comments is a "critical" item for you, you can always use 3rd party comment plugins.
I recommend Haloscan and Tangler.

I haven't tested either of these extensively in PBwiki 2 yet, but I believe that they should work if you use the Google Gadget plugin to insert the required java script or html codes. -
