If they're recurring from our system, you can remove the recurring item in your settings page. (transaction settings tab)
If they're recurring from your credit card and you'd like to delete them always. Check the boxes and click always mark personal at the top of the window.
It basically hides the transactions instead of deleting them... that way it won't re-import them the next time the credit card sync runs.

Dan replied on November 17, 2009 21:51 to the problem "refreshing data brings back in submitted expenses" in ExpenseBay:
Couple possibilities.
- Most Common: Transaction ID's changed at the credit card level, causing them to be reimported during an update. Usually only happens once a month or so per card type.
- If you unsubmit/unlock a report - the transactions show up in the unsubmitted transactions page again. That's intended.
- In the previous interface, deleting a report from the overview page directly had a bug which did not mark the transactions deleted properly. Has been fixed in new UI, but will still effect some users for a bit longer.
Think this covers them - if it does not let me know.

To resolve it, I just need to know if you login via http://www.airfrance.fr or americanexpress.com to access your card account?
Dan replied on October 23, 2009 21:36 to the problem "error on negative number entry" in ExpenseBay:
Hi - that's on our bug list now - should be fixed after the next UI goes up in about a week.
It's currently setup to mark negative amounts personal so credit card payments don't show up in your expense reports.
In the meantime, if it's a payment your company advanced, there is a checkbox for that in the add/edit transaction page.
Dan replied on October 20, 2009 22:07 to the problem "Getting Error Message: Account exceeded bandwidth limits" in Google:
It's listed as a known issue with google right now and they're trying to resolve it.
Clearing out your account or re-adding your mail account will just cause more bandwidth to be used, so I wouldn't recommend it.
"This is a known issue for users of Apple Mail on the Snow Leopard OS. We are working with Apple on a resolution to the issue. In the meantime, there are a few workarounds to reduce the likelihood of hitting the bandwidth limit: "
If you go into gmail support you have the option of reporting it as an issue for your account so they'll hopefully notify you.-

Dan replied on September 23, 2009 20:28 to the question "How can I screen transactions that haven't been added to an unsubmitted report?" in ExpenseBay:
Today - No.
We have started our next round of interface changes and that change is included. So in about 2 weeks or so you'll be able to see the names of the reports next to the transactions. Similar to the way the submitted transactions table looks.
Also working on changing the edit abilities for that page so the behavior is smoother.
