Improve (fix?) qif import from MS Money

Right now I have way many problems importing my data from a qif file exported from MS Money. These are the problems I am finding:

* Transfers between accounts are not recognized. Transfers are easily recognizable in the .qif file because the label is the destination account enclosed in brackets, but this transaction is imported as a expense with the label with the brackets, not as a transfer.
* Labels with accented characters are imported wrong. For example, if accounts have accented characters, the label associated to a transfer creates a new tag with the text up to the accented letter. (already reported as a problem in other topic).
* The payee field is merged with the memo field!!!. Why??. I don't want both fields to be merged, I want the payee in its own field.
* Split transactions are imported without their items, just the total is imported
* Tag hierarchy is not imported, just the last tag of a tree is imported. For example, "Investment Income:Interest" is imported as "Interest"
