I second (well, third) this. It's ridiculous that there is no way for Mac users to access the contact info on our phones in order to back it up. Please rectify this!

backing up blackberry on MACMy blackberry has a software issue so vodafone said they'd send another one.
the problem:
I can't seem to back up the blackberry OR transfer all my photos.
I tried using pocketmac, it says it does a full backup before synching (i don't want to synch, just purely backup and restore).
When I plug in the BB I can see the photos on the blackberry but not theone on the media card.
Help. I think vodafone is very weak for not supporting the MAC, and Blackberry has done a terrible job as well.
