2004 Toyota Highlander rear seal failureI bought 2004 Toyota Highlander brand new in 2004 with idea that if I kept up the recommended maintenance schedule that I shouldn't see major system failures. I recently took my vehicle in for a schedule oil change and without warning I was told that the rear seal engine seal is leaking and can be replaced for $1800, a part less than $100. I bought a Toyota because I thought they had a reputation of reliability, I guess my research was incorrect.

Worthless Geek Squad Warranty on KODAK digital cameraI bought a Kodak digital camera for my 12 year old. After charging the battery we discovered the crystal was cracked. When we purchased the camera we specifically told the clerk that we were purchasing the camera for a child and that we needed a warranty that covered accidental damage, so we purchased the geek squad warranty. Well when we took the camera back for repair less than 2 weeks later,
we were told that the warranty didn't cover the crystal. Camera never used.

FedEx No delivery ..No help No.pickup.excuseFedEx said they tried to deliver, they delivery person quietly left a note without even ringing the door bell. We made arrangements once more for next day, for some unknown reason they cancelled delivery at 9am, they thety didn't even give a call. Called to pick it up but they said they don't allow pick up anymore because they subcontract now. Do i need to pay more to get my package, i'll never order from anyone on net anymore if they exclusively use FedEx. I had a college student come home just to get this package. Sorry! If they destroyed the package , i wish they could be kind enough to let usknow.

Change Order Help!Dell has no way to change an order placed by a salesperson using incentives. They switch a component on the ordered system to a lesser one that isn't selectable from the website and then charge more for the one already purchased. Off Shore CS is a con job.
