We may have fixed this recently. Have you already mailed us about this problem before? Did we send you a beta of reMail Elite?

If not, can you send me an email through Settings > Feedback / Support? That email will include your device ID and we will be able to send you a beta.

Oh man - sorry for that, I haven't seen that before. Can you use the Feedback / Support button in "settings" to contact us? It will send us your iPhone decide ID so we can send you a beta.

Are you using remail or remail for gmail?

Can you go to error details and hit "Skip"? Does that fix the problem?

Thanks for your question! reMail lets you see all mail from all accounts and folders in Folders > All Mail, but not all inboxes.

The good news is that a fix for this is on the way! Some other folks have experienced this as well.

Would you like me to send you a beta that solves this problem? You'll have to install it via iTunes and your iPod cable. You'll have to send me your UDID via the "Feedback / Support" button in the product though

Or you could just wait for the next version to come out - if all goes well, it will be on the App Store within the next few days.

thanks for your note! Sorry to hear that reMail is crashing - let's fix this!

Any chance you could send me the crash logs? In Xcode (if you have it) that's super easy, just use the Window > Organizer > your device > crash logs.

In iTunes, follow these instructions: http://www.ispeeddial.com/how-to-find...

Once I have the crash logs I can figure out why reMail is crashing.

Also, it would be super useful to know which version of reMail you're using - 2.4.1 or 2.5. If you're using 2.4, make sure to upgrade.

I'm not 100% sure what causes this bug.

So there are only 18 mails in your inbox? I'm assuming this is because you usually archive everything in your inbox, correct?

Do you have reMail set up to download the [Gmail]/All Mail folder?

reMail detects that it's the same message and only stores / indexes it once!

Thanks for the question though - I think most users don't even notice the complexities involved in syncing Gmail accounts correctly :-) reMail does the smart thing, not the easy thing.

Yes you can use aol accounts. Hotmail is not supported and that's stated clearly in the app description.

One thing you could try would be to reset remail in iPhone > Settings > remail

that should make it work again but downloading all your emails again might be uncomfortable ...

On my phone now so have to keep it short.
