Why is the Get Widget icon well below the actual widget?There are 2 examples of the Get Widget well below the actual widget at:

They were ok before but in the last couple of days, I have been seeing this gap in all 10 of my widgets. Please help.-

Steve: here's the odd thing about this--none of my blidgets/widgets show at my site or my widgetbox with FFox. When I go to my widgetbox, I get a spinning effect when I click on any of my widgets, but no graphics. I have java script enabled in FFox, so?
They show ok in Explorer.
If my widgets go down, (this has happened once before) is there a support email, I can get to immediately instead of these forums?

It's now been over 10 hours, can I get an answer? All of my 9 widgets/blidgets are down. Someone, please...gayle.. -

I closed FFox and went away for a few hours, came back and was back on track. It's possible closing FF cleared my cache or perhaps it just wasn't my morning whereas the late evening turned out ok.

Giles: I go to my widgetbox and create new widget, then choose blog/rss feed, input
the .xml url. I get processing widget, then takes me to page where the spinning begins looking for the feed, I assume and I get a freeze.
Things are getting worse. I just went to My Widgetbox, create new widget and when
I click blog/feed---nothing. BTW, I also tried to join one of the networks and it won't take.
I wonder if my pro status has not been established correctly. I had problems last week with ads showing and once I contacted you, they said they had corrected their records and confirmed my pro status. Maybe that's where u could start looking at the problem. -

Java script not working for my pollsI am a pro user and I have questions about java/html widgets.
I am trying to build 3 poll widgets, however I did 2 and got stuck. I got
the script from a free poll site (3rd party) and used it for both polls.
1) If you click on any of the vote choices, it goes to a page that is too
large for the widget for both of these.
2) I have included the 2 widgetbox urls for you to check.

3) Also running into a non pro version again asking me about ads? I don't
