A comment on the question "Mark all as read in PR filtered items.." in PostRank:

Then.. couldn't there be 2 options: 1st is 'Mark ALL as read'. 2nd is 'Only mark filtered options as read'. – Gamestar, on July 16, 2008 23:22

Filtering to Great.. and then clicking 'Mark all as Read', should only mark those great items as read.. not all unread items (that are best, good etc..).
