Also, I have a suspicion that my heavy linkage may have contributed to removal from public timeline. I installed a greasemonkey script to firefox that enabled tweeting from Google Reader. Big mistake. Hope you can help.

Thanks reaperdmv. Very helpful. I replied to the auto-email but no fix. On the first link you posted there's a twitter employee, John Adams, who's doing fixes. Hope I'm not to late to that thread. Thanks again

John, my tweets stopped showing in search four days ago. Pulling my hair out. I submitted a ticket and it was closed without a fix. Could you rectify for me, please, please, please. I think it was probably because I jokingly commented that the Khomeinists in Tehran were probably chanting "Death to Twitter" now.

Yep. Same here. And I am extremely frustrated. Tweets not showing up in twitter search. I filed a support ticket but it has since been closed without resolution. Automated email instructed me to open another ticket but nowhere on the help page could I find a submit a new ticket button. So I reopened old request. Could someone at twitter please tell me what is going on. I am not a spammer. I am http://twitter.com/ganeshpuri89 . My support ticket is at http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/3... .

Yeah, Jane, I considered huge volume of traffic today as a possibility for streaming issue. But when qik finally shows up an update should be sent to Twitter. I see other qikkers are having their Twitter statuses updated. The Twitter mystery is actually the thing that befuddles me the most. Will give it some time. OK, first I had to change my email from my Gmail to AOL because the edit info page kept telling me my Gmail address wasn't valid. Second, after I stop shooting and stream finishes uploading it hangs on "standby". No real-time stream whatsoever. So, I close app on my BB and refresh my profile page a few times on my desktop and eventually video shows up. Finally, not updating to Twitter. At all. Was updating to Twitter a few days ago automatically without having to press 55. Everything was working fine a few days ago. Should I reinstall app on my BB?

BTW, the 8130 supports MPEG-4 Part 2, H.263, and WMV video formats.

Downloaded Qik for my BB 8130 (v 4.3.0.71). Working great. Only about five seconds of latency.

But I have a question. Qik vids won't play ON my BB. When I click play I get "An error has occurred attempting to play media." Same when I save and then attempt to play. Is it a matter of conflicting video file types?

No biggie really. Very pleased to be able to stream to Qik with my BB. Just curious.

Below is a summary of my problem from thread I started yesterday.

None of my tweets are showing in Twitter Search/Summize. I tried setting my updates to private, then back to public. This has solved the problem in the past, but not this time. Updating from web, Twitterfox and Twitterberry...Same for all: Keyword search returns nada. User Name search returns @replies but not my tweets. Last update appeared on Twitter Search 20 days ago. Even changed email, then changed that back. Nothing. Created new account and posted a tweet there and it appeared immediately on Twitter Search.

Also, I changed my account photo then changed it back, but it has now stopped appearing beside my old updates in Twitter Search. Instead, what appears is part of my pics' file name on my computer (robo_2.jpg).

Can anyone help?
