Gareth replied on November 24, 2009 01:45 to the question "Is Sprite Backup compatible with AT&T Tilt 2 (WM 6.5)" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi John
Yes Sprite Backup does work on the Tilt phones. Our web guys are still working to bring the supported phone list fully up to date, it only went live last week and as you can imagine it's a big job. I'll let them know about the two you have mentioned, so they get included.
Thanks for letting us know.

Gareth replied on November 23, 2009 21:22 to the problem "Migrating to Droid from Windows Mobile 6.1" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi carminesodora
Yes you should be able to use migrate to bring your data across. Can you please email our private support system helpdesk@spritesoftware.com with the following details and we will be able to help further.
1. Where you are having problems with the migration (i.e. saving your Windows Mobile data, converting your data, loading your data onto Android).
2. The versions of the migrate software you are using.
Thanks
Gareth

Gareth replied on November 22, 2009 19:41 to the question "Droid contact problem" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi normmoser
To see your migrated contacts, select the Droid contacts application, then press the menu button. Select 'Display options' to show the Google accounts associated with the phone. Touch your account name and a list of options will appear. Scroll down the list to the bottom, place a tick next to 'All Other Contacts' and touch 'Done'. You will now be able to see your migrated contacts.
If you have any other problems let us know.
Thanks
Gareth
Gareth replied on November 22, 2009 19:03 to the question "Time Stamp for Imported SMS is TODAY not original date" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi David
We tried an SMS migrate of that size during testing and while the dates all came through correctly, the Droid SMS system did take a long time to recognise the correct date that had been migrated. Can you please email this issue to helpdesk@spritesoftware.com and we'll help you further through our private support system.
Thanks

Gareth replied on November 22, 2009 18:58 to the question "Full Backup On Motorola Droid" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi Terru
The only way to truly complete a full device backup, like you will have experienced on our Pocket PC product, is to root your Android phone. This essentially unlocks the phone for full access to the whole device, but will most likely invalidate your device warranty. Our Android Backup offers the most comprehensive backup solution available for Android, without having to root it. We backup all the main data categories on the device (contacts, call logs, system settings etc.) so in essence are completing a device backup. Check out our product page (http://www.spritesoftware.com/product...) and commonly asked questions (http://www.spritesoftware.com/support...) for more information on what we cover. Don't forget we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so you can try it risk free.
If you have any more questions let us know.
Thanks
Gareth
Gareth replied on November 22, 2009 18:48 to the question "Samsung Moment" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi Craig
We haven't tested it on that device yet, but there should be no reason why our latest version doesn't work. In the unlikely event that you do run into problems, let us know and we'll fix the problem. If you purchase through the Google Market you can try the app for 24 hours and if you have problems within that time, get a refund. We operate the same policy if you buy from our site, but with a 30 day money back guarantee (http://www.spritesoftware.com/product...).
Thanks
Gareth
Gareth replied on November 22, 2009 18:43 to the problem "Need the key so I can install on Hero" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi Eddie
The Windows Mobile and Android versions of backup are two separate products and will therefore require two purchases. You can buy Android Backup either from our website (http://www.spritesoftware.com/product...) of the Google market.
Thanks

Hi Brian
Can you please send an email to helpdesk@spritesoftware.com with the answers to the following questions.
1. Is the restore failing, or does the restore complete and then you have problems seeing the calendar data?
2. What is the name of ROM you have updated to and please provide a link where we can download it.
Thanks
Gareth
Gareth replied on November 18, 2009 19:40 to the question "Droid migrate app does not find the migration file" in Sprite Mobile:
Hi littleguegan
It sounds like you still have the storage card mounted for access from your PC. Try unplugging the USB cable from your Droid and the card should become visible to Migrate. Please note that we currently have a couple of Migrate problems with Droid that we plan to have a fix out for either today or tomorrow.
Let us know if you have any more problems.
Thanks
Gareth

Hi Niels
The Android Market is a complete mystery sometimes. Our products seem to disappear and them reappear without any reason. You can download the latest version of Android Migrate from our website at http://www.spritesoftware.com/product...
