I have had my account restricted for 3 weeks now, i have sent at least 8 e-mails and left numerous voice mails on the customer service number and have not had one single e-mail or call back, there are 4 people in my office who are having the same problem. Its just a shame as we were considering going for the premium package and advertising on the site but we can not commit to a site with such poor customer service.
Is there anybody out there who can help me?-
