Garris - let's set up a copilot session with a debug build? I can take a look, with your guidance, at exact what is going wrong. If you'd like to try it out - email me at jeff@magnetk.com and we'll set up a time tomorrow.

You guys are total tigers for working on a holiday weekend! Here's what I've got.

Asa --
can you run kextstat and see what version of macfuse you're running?
kextstat | grep fuse
also, you could try our nightly build
http://magnetk.com/expandrive/nightly
which addresses some issues
older versions are here:
http://www.magnetk.com/expandrive/rel...
Also, if you wanted to send a test account to support@magnetk.com we'd fix immediately-

I have this same issue. "mount" returns expandrive@fuse0 on /Volumes/mydrive (fusefs, local, nodev, nosuid, synchronous, mounted by myusername)
console says:
5/25/08 12:16:56 PM efssmartd[268] DiskArbCallback_AppearedNotification: 0x1748f0 - NULL DEVICE!
I love the software but it is out of action for me now=( is there a way to download the 1.1 version?

Garris -
One thing you could try is installing the latest nightly
http://www.magnetk.com/expandrive/nig...
when you're in /Volumes and you run 'mount', is there any interesting information shown?
Also, check Console.app, we print out some info that'll let you know what's going on
garris reported a problem in Magnetk on May 24, 2008 14:37:
server not in devices list and "open in finder" does not workI've had expandrive installed and working for a few weeks. I now have a problem: the drive manager shows that my server is connected but the server does not appear in the devices list and "open in finder" does not work. This *may* be connected to the 1.2.2 update I installed -- not sure tho.
MORE INFO:
When the drive is connected it does show up in the /Volumes folder as a volume -- when clicking the directory the drive contents are empty. I also checked that the server is working -- connects with no hesitation in Fetch. I have also restarted uninstalled and restarted. The mojo is still gone.
