I recently worked for TELUS for a year and just quit a few months ago. Generally, when you return a modem (normally because you cancel your internet), the rep should give you an RMA# (Return Materials Authorization Number) that they want you to write on the inside of the box (on a piece of paper) and on the outside of the box.
Once TELUS receives the shipment (Canada Post will ship it for free for you), it will be credited on your bill from their "FlexPay Department".
You then HAVE to call in and give TELUS the WayBill # from your Canada Post Waybill they give you. It's the tracking #.
A rep will fill out whats called a FlexPay form with what you are returning and they will put that tracking # in so you get a quick credit.

Account Limited After Withdrawing 1KI just had a quick easy question. On April 22nd, my account was put in limited status. I believe it was probably because I was trying to withdraw just over 1K. The transaction got reversed. All it asked me was to input two tracking #'s for two items i sent out. One item was confirmed delivered on April 20th, and the other item says it's arrived in the US yesterday. It should be delivered Monday.
My questions is whether this is just a routine thing that happens? It doesn't say In Progress in the resolution Center. It just says items submitted with a green checkmark.
Should I have heard something by now or are they most likely just waiting for that 2nd item to be confirmed 100%?
