I have just tested the contact form, and there doesn't appear to be a problem, but I think I know why it wouldn't let you send your message.
Looking at your message about your game not being sealed, which I will make sure gets a reply, you used a > at the end, after regards. I'm assuming you tried putting the same message in our contact form. The > character is one we don't allow in messages as it can be used maliciously, so that is why, I believe, your message wasn't being allowed through.

Hi, we are aware of an issue with IE8 and certain images that are not showing up. We are currently looking into this. It doesn't appear to effect all users of IE8 though which makes the issue even harder to track down.
Can you let us know what version of windows you are using and which service pack is installed? It would also be a great help if you can let us know what plugins, if any, you have installed for IE8.

Sorry you are not a fan of our Hangover site take over. We use these backgrounds to promote new releases or big titles that are coming soon and have had lots of good feedback about them. Your view is appreciated though and we'll take that into consideration for our next one.
These backgrounds do change every week or two when we have a new promotion and the next one we are working on is looking great.

Sorry you are having issues with your order. Can you give us any more information about the errors your are getting? For instance, at what point does the error occur? Do you get an error message of any type or does something else happen?
If you can provide this it will make it a lot easier to track down the issue.

We are currently looking into this problem which appears to be unique to Internet Explorer 8. So far we have been unable to replicate the problem in our testing environment, but we'd really appreciate it if we can contact you on Tuesday morning, either by email or on the phone so we can try and narrow down the problem.
If you can provide a way to contact you (I'll remove it from this post once we have it) and you are willing to spend 10 minutes just going over what you are seeing in your browser, that would be a big help to us.
