A comment on the idea "Meta Tag Descriptions" in SynthaSite:
To add tags or keywords to your site, this is how: 1. When you are editing a page of your site, click on 'Properties' on the right-hand sidebar of your page - add words under the 'keywords' label of the toolbar 2. When you publish your site, you are given the option of adding keywords to your site so that it's easier for search engines to find your site 3. You can also add Google webmaster code to your site - we have an answer on our forum that gives more information: Adding Google Webmaster – kershnee, on July 29, 2008 11:50

Hi Gary,
Hmm... Did you by chance mean to post this topic in the SynthaSite area of Get Satisfaction? If so, I think we can get the fine folks here to move it for us.
If this problem is indeed for Tightrope Media Systems, I guess I'm not exactly sure what you mean, could you explain the problem a bit further?
Thanks,
-John

I am also new to website building. I am just a week older.
So please Gary tell me more.
How you affiliated your website with yahoo and what about HTML codes?
my website is www.munish.synthasite.com
Monique replied on July 16, 2008 20:24 to the question "Are keywords being used in the meta tags yet?" in SynthaSite:
Hi Gary
Yes, you can add keywords using a specially designated field in the properties sidebar. This feature became available with our last release.
1) Open your site in the SynthaSite site builder
2) Click on the properties sidebar.
3) Type in your keywords (third box from the top)
4) Republish your site.
I hope this helps. Get back to us if you have any questions.
gary asked a question in SynthaSite on July 15, 2008 12:38:
Are keywords being used in the meta tags yet?Hello guys, keywords!!! are synthasite using keywords in meta tags yet?
My website http://mp3music.dj
is on first page of yahoo if you use mp3music dj
thats ok, but how many people type in mp3music dj?
i need the keywords mp3,mp3music,music to be recognised, i know im in a high competition area and the keywords are very common, thats why i purchased the domain name http://mp3music.dj
thinking it may give me the edge, it has in a way, but if the keywords in the meta tags were identified, it would surely help maintain a high listings position on search engines.
Any tips?
Thanks
gary

Hello guys, GARY here, i wrote the origional question about widgets, im new to the web-design game, so using widgets were a quick fix at the time, now i keep the use of them limited. If you guys want to perform tricks try looking at HTML codes on the internet.
My site http://mp3music.dj
is new and already first page on yahoo search engine using various keywords.
My other site http://movin.in
also first page on search engines.
Thanks synthasite you have been great!!!

Hi Munish, your site looks great. I can only echo Monique's answer that the get widget is part of the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you got the code for the widget.
Think of it this way: you are getting a great looking widget for free, in return the developers would like your friends to know where you got it from, so that they can get one too.
My suggestion is that if you wish to delete the words "get widget" from your widgets you should contact the widget designers or the support staff of the widget service involved.
