A comment on the problem "Dell XPS 630/630i false advertising" in Dell:
Considering the huge amount of evidence against Dell in both false advertising and blatant after-the-fact denial of the evidence, these are insidious business practices; not miscommunication. See the following website for detailed information:

Dell is responsible to: 1) apologize to their customers for having lied to them multiple times, and 2) make full amends for what they advertised, and provide those fixes on-site--and at no charge--to their customers. Nothing less than that is acceptable. – gdonner, on July 16, 2008 17:41
