Before Veoh made the transition to BETA, there were channels AND groups. Now the only one of those that really works is groups. What about finding all of the old channels and converting them to into groups so people can join them (if this hasn't already been done)?

I think that out of curiosity, some users might wonder who added a video to a group. It would be nice to see that.

I agree. If someone has heard about a great video and when they go to look for it it's gone, then they'll just go somewhere else and stop coming to Veoh. I understand that copyright infringement is serious, but you shouldn't ban someone because they do it a few times. Like Shishio says, just temporarily suspend their uploading privileges. More banning means less users and less users means that Veoh could lose a lot of it's content.
