Sorry you ran into problems associating your YouTube account. We pushed a new design to the server on friday and in the process of doing so introduced the bug that you ran into.

I've coded a fix and pushed it to the server now so hopefully you'll be good to associated your account now.

Can you tell us the exact flash version you're using (http://www.macromedia.com/software/fl...)? And also whether you have any additional security or virus protection software installed?

We implemented a flash uploader to make the uploading smoother but it seems it's not working for all users. If you let me know the info I'll try an exact recreate here today and see if we can sort it.

I'm unable to recreate here so it's possible that your upload got caught in a time period when we were updating the server. Are you able to retry?

At the moment we don't support videos already in YouTube so you'll need to remove the video from YouTube to upload via Wordia.

Can you give a specific Firefox version (click help and then about)? Can you also tell us what Operating System you're running on and how big the video file is? If you let me know what time you're trying to upload I can check the logs to see if there's a problem.

I've pushed a fix to the server today associated with uploads but I don't think it will effect the issue you're experiencing (as it targets non-flash uploads). Apparently there are a few issues with Vista, flash and IE7 when upgrades take place (http://swfupload.org/forum/generaldis...), can you follow the flash reinstall steps and see if that helps?

If not can you let me know what time you attempt the upload and I'll check our logs. We're obtaining a copy of Vista now to try an exact recreate but XP + IE7 worked fine earlier today.

Sorry you had a problem registering, we're currently having some issues getting email through to hotmail and msn mail. I've just checked the database and it seems your account is activated so hopefully you're all sorted now!
