Lost progress on Tap Tap Revenge 3

I was about level 7 or 8 in Tap Tap 3 - with a bunch of coins. All of a sudden, I start up a game, everything is reset except my achievements. I'm back to Level 1.

Is the progress stored on the server?
Also, I haven't restored my device, I haven't uninstalled Tap tap or anything..

Is your phone Jailbroken? Mine is and I had issues with Dr. Awesome (and other games) doing that if I was running intensive applications in the background, it seems it is a memory issue at least in my case, which is caused by me running apps in the background, and wasn't a problem with the applications.

Name display format : Contacts app Vs Dr. Awesome

Contacts in Dr. Awesome get displayed by the same order as your display order in Contacts, which is a problem if you like "Lastname, Firstname" in contacts, because it will display them as "Firstname Lastname" in Dr. Awesome, even in sentences where obviously "Firstname Lastname" should be used.. is this a known issue? I
