Can anyone anwser the question that we putted here 4 days agoo????
13 days agoo we putted here 5 PROBLEMS that Socialgo should see, Alex Halliday, (Official Rep) replied 13 days ago to our first problem that OLDEST MEMBERS THAT NEVER VALIDATED THEIR E-MAILS ACCONTS NEVER RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE FROM US, AND STILL WASN'T RECEIVING:

"...All old members will turned on for emails in the next 48 hours".

CAN ANYONE TELL US IF THIS IS BEING TAKING CARED OF? YOU UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IS ALL THE MEMBERS RECEIVED ADMIN. E-MAILS AND INFORMATION FOR A SOCIAL NETWORK GROW UP?

We remind that the members registered before you change to validation e-mails still don't receive any message from us, and they should.

Oldest members that never validated e-mails don't receive e-mails
Dear friends from Socialgo,

Alex said to us that now oldest members soud receive our e-mails. So we tried to send a message by Admin.Center in "Message Members", but the message still don't arrive to the oldest members that didn't validate his/her mail accounts (example our Member "MPart" and others that did't receive).

So the problem remains the same:

Since you change to a FORCE-VALIDATION EMAILS system we are loosing lots of members, because our almost 7.000 members until you change this (now almost 8.500) lots of them never validated their emails, and because of that never received any email, information or publicity from our Network.

When oldest members gonna receive our Administration emais (messages)????

THE SERVERS ARE REALLY VERY UNSTABLE TODAY.

Now we sometimes can't enter in our site too. it fails, but then it reloads again.

There's an error with internet Explorer with no-rounded corners (of Titles and Fields) and right-Align, like we send to you in this image.

Like we demonstrate in the image, with Mozilla Firefox everithing seems ok.

1) It's very good to know that;
2) also a good notice;
3) continues good...;
4) we look foward to have skins for profiles;
5) Yes, we think that might be a possibility, or the networks are all slower always (servers). But believe me: the transitions to the pages, and the widgets charge are slower.

5 URGENT PROBLEMS FOR US THAT SOCIALGO COULD SOLVED
NOW THE PROBLEMS ARE 5 INSTEAD 4:

1. Since you change to a FORCE-VALIDATION EMAILS we are loosing lots of members:

- because they receive an email with a link they have to click on it in english, and some don't understand (our network is in portuguese), and they give up their registration;

- because our almost 7.000 members until you change this (now more than 8.000) lots of them never validated their emails, and because of that never received any email, information or publicity from our Network. It's there a possibility to the oldest members receive our Administration emais????;

- conclusion: we decided to create our own "message all members system" and we have to put all adresses in a new email program, because yours just arrives to less then a half of the members.

2. And because of our number 1. problem too, is urgent to have all words, sentences and letters in the LANGUAGE EDITOR for us translate them, even if we have to do it manually (you said that is would be ready soon lots of months agoo).

3. Since you gived up your first VIDEO CHAT (the first made for Socialgo Networks) without consulting all paying Networks since the begining, the Widgetlaboratory's Video Chat from continues with same bugs in months, don't keep all conversation in the chat window, and most of members say that can't connect the webcam or the microphone (so don't call it VIDEO CHAT!)

4. One of the most important features (and that all Social networks have) as been forgotten by you: the POSSIBILITY THAT MEMBERS CHOOSE SKINS AND COSTUMIZE THEIR OWN PROFILES. All Site's pages looks the same and the members say that they became boring to look at them.

5. Since you had problems with: dos attacks, servers, and recognition of passwords to Admin.center the velocity of Socialgo never been the same, and when we have undreds of members on-line, we see that everiting is slower.

We apreciate your attention to this problems, and an answer if some of them gonna be improved.
