In the beggining the things were better, because it was pre-configured in PRIVACY to all new members receive the e-mails from the Site, and from other members.
Now is not, and the things become even worse because this section of "Notifications" is not in "Language Editor" so we can't translate to portuguese for our members understand. But there's a lot of more words and sentences that they aren't in the Language Editor"
- PLEASE PUT ALL THE WORDS, SENTENCES AND LETTERS TO MEMBERS IN "LANGUAGE EDITOR", SO WE CAN TRANSLATE.
- And Alex, PLEASE WE NEED TO DELETE COMPLETLY ALL DELETED AND BANNED MEMBERS, AND THEIR INFORMATION AND ADDS (all profile, photos, blogs, musics, videos, wall, etc), BECAUSE IT'S SPACE OF STORAGE THAT WE WONT HAVE TO PAY!

Alex, what you are saying is that all new Members that receive a "welcome e-mail" and don't click on the e-mail confirmation link, never gonna receive our messages?
Because THAT'S THE PROBLEM THAT I SAID! They receive this welcome e-mail in english, and lots of them don't undestand or don't read because our network is for mostly Portuguese people. And lots of times this e-mail goes to junk (like spam).
This have to continue like this? You can't do nothing? How we're gonna contact our members if they never read our messages????

Like I said and John agree, there are great problems in MESSAGE ALL MEMBERS. I repeat more carefully what I wrote to you:
1o. Before, you had pre-configured the Members receive all e-mails from the Network and from other Members, and if they don't wanna receive, they just uncheck the boxes (it is legal this way). NOW they have to confirm they want to receive! THIS IS WORSE, because the networks that have another languages (like our in Portuguese), the new Members receive the confirmation e-mail in English, don't understand or don't care about, and they never receive again the e-mails from the Site.
2o. John is right: all social networks are opt out and not opt in. You need to see this with your lawyer.
3o. If most of the new Members don't receive our messages, how can we increase our Social Network? How can they read our notices, good things for them and remember us?
4o. For us PUT MESSAGE ALL MEMBERS LIKE YOU HAD BEFORE and SKINS TO EACH MEMBER CUSTOMIZE HIS OWN PROFILE, are the MOST IMPORTANT AND URGENT CHANGES THAT YOU SHOULD DO IN SOCIALGO!

Lots os Members not receiving "Message all Members"?!Since you guys made this option diferent and make the Members confirmate them e-mails adresses, the Messeges to all Members just arrive to half of the Members.
Our Social Site is in Portuguese and the Members receive the e-mail confirmation in English, they don't understand or don't make any case of it, and then never receive the messages that we send to all Members. Previously that diden't happened, because all new Members had configured by default receive that messages from the Site and from the Friends. Why you change that? Can you consider to put receive this messages by default again?
For a Social Network that messages are very important, but we never abuse by sending all the time.
PS - PLEASE CONSIDER THE URGENCY OF MAKE SKINS FOR THE MEMBERS CHANGE THE LOOK OF THEIR PROFILES, BECAUSE ALL THE NETWORKS HAVE IT, AND OUR MEMBERS ARE VERY INSATISFIED WITH THAT.

Socialgo's Servers was 25 minutes down, and now are very slow?!Hey guys from Socialgo's Crew,
The Servers are very very VERY SLOW. since 22H until 22H25m (here in Portugal), the Servers didn't respond, and now are so slow that takes more than a minute to open each page.
Can you see this urgent please?

Glamour Club - social network replied on May 06, 2009 16:15 to the problem "Administrator don't have a way to erase Photos or Delete a Profile" in SocialGO:
We are in a SocialGo Network and, just like we said in the main subject, the option that THE OWNER (ADMINISTRATOR) of the network delete the photos don't work. When I try to delete them from the Profiles, the page just crash into white, and don ́t erase them.
And John is right, the Memmbers Deleted or Banned must have their content and photos erased completly.
Tom, al the problems that we wrote in the main text still remain.
