Administrator don't have a way to erase Photos or Delete a ProfileSOME LONG-TIME PROBLEMS:
- Deleting photos by the Administrator (Owner) is not working, neither 1 by 1 in the "edit photo options" or "when I select "all photos", and I don't have a way to erase all in a Profile when a user Delete his account. The people continues to comment the photos of deleted members because they are still in "PHOTOS TAB".
- And it was very important to have a way to delete all the Profiles that we don't want anymore, that had been deleted by the members and don't want to comeback to the network.
- It was good to have access of the IP ́s Users, so we can detect intruders that try to register again, like in others Social Networks and Fórums.
- Lots of times the pass for next first 4 Default Photos on Profiles is not working right.
- The Sent Messages still don't have the "delete option".
- The "Advanced Search" must have "members with photo option".
- It was important to have just in the Homepage more "custom fields" in Layout Manager for widgets or HTML. The number that we have now is not enough for Widgets, Publicity, Photos and other Information.
- I remember again the URGENT NECESSITY TO HAVE SKINS FOR USER COSTUMIZE THEIR OWN PROFILES.

LOTS OF DAYS AGOO, WE DID ENABLED A FEW MINUTES AND TRIYED TO USE THE LAYOUT MANAGER, BUT WE CHOOSE NOT TO USE THIS TOOLS AND WE HAD DISABLED THAT AGAIN, BECAUSE THERE ́S A LOT OF ERRORS THAT WE DON ́T WANT IN OUR SITE, LIKE THIS:
- The upper TABS don't stay in a logicak order that we want
- The Custom Widgwets for the Homepage don't have titles, and the look inthe this page is very important
- And others...
WHEN WE DISABLED AGAIN, EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING OK AND WORKING FINE, JUST YESTERDAY HAPPENED THIS IN ALMOST ALL OU PAGES. IN OUR PAGE [+] THE "EDIT PAGE CONTENT" WORKS JUST FINE AND IT ́S SHOWING OK, WHY THE OTHERS DON ́T SHOW? (HOMEPAGE, MY PROFILE, MEMBERS, PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND NEWS)
We already try to put again all Pages Contens in this Tabs, but still don ́t work!
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE HELP US URGENT!
And we remender you that the default imagens stills don ́t pass of the first 4 when we want to chose the second 4 or the third... and we still have errors in our Activities Feeds like this:

In our Site http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com the "Pages Contents" of the Homepage, My Profile, Members, Photos, Videos and News as simply disappear???!!! They are in the Tabs and Pages (tabs & Features) like they always been, but now the site don't show them???!!!
We can't belive it!!! The things shouldn ́t be getting better not worse, don't you think???
NOW WE ARE PAYING! PLEASE HELP US! WE MADE CONTRACTS WITH SPONSORS AND THERE ARE MEMBERS PAYING!

Our "Page Content" that we have in TABS AND PAGES (Tabs & Features) of this Pages simply don't appear:
- Homepage
- My Profile
- Members
- Photos
- Videos
- News
We have there important Sponsors and their photos and publicity were showing in this pages until now... now don't appear?????!!!! what's happening? So many erros suddently???? WE HAVE RESPONSBILITIES WITH THEM AND WITH ALMOST 3.000 MEMBERS!
PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!!

Default Photos/Activity Feed/Language Editor/Layout Manager/SkinsHi, we from http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com , Social network with almost 3.000 members (Premium Plan) need an urgent help:
1o PROBLEM: Our "Default Photos" for Profiles without image don't passa for the next 4, just stays in the first 4( this was running ok, but today stops working).
2o PROBLEM: We still have errors like this that we send on the attach image in our "Activity Feed" (Homepage): ":P</blockquote>", ";;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ", and others.
3o PROBLEM: Still a lot of words, sentences, and all the custom letters (e-mails) that we can' t translate to Portuguese on "Language Editor" because they are not there, or they are there but they don ́t work (like the word "sure", that all the words and sentences that appers when we put this word on the search language, when we correct them, they stays the same, and the change don ́t work. And like the sentence "Are now friends" in the Activity feed of the Homepage that don't appear on Language Editor).
4o PROBLEM: We didn't decide to work with "Layout Manager" because there are major problems and bugs there like: The main "Tabs" don't stay in the order that we want, when we try to put them in a logical order; the "Homepage Widgets" don't have a title like they have in the regular Network Setup; and lots of other things.
5o TIP: The Members still don ́t have Skins for their profiles and they are starting to be very annoyng with that! They say that Socialgo looks the same in every pages of the site, and they have reason when say that. All Social networks have skins to every Member choose one for their own profile. Please make this feature a priority!!!

Ryan, the Network seems to be the same. It ́s because we don ́t see an invoice of confirmation, and we receive 3 e-mails like this (with transaction numbers 137772, 137773 and 137774):

The account is ok for do the payment. Should we wait for another try from you? Or should we make another payment with our Credit Card? And If we pay again, the payment would not be duplicated in the next months?

Can you repeat the operation in our credit card (transaction number 137774) this month? We think it was not succeed. please let us know if you gonna tryed to billd us again for this month. We want to continue always in "Premium Plan"
