Tom, and I have the same problem with the LANGUAGE EDITOR, now I can ́t record the changes that I make in these section? Can it be the same problem? The Language editor don ́t make the changes, stays the same.
The changes in Language Editor and the Upload Musics are made by tthe same proccedure? Please help me. I think you better see these 2 thinks in my network.

Tom,
some people can upload completly, but we (Admin) and lots os other members can ́t upload with INTERNET EXPLORER 7 - SP2 and FIREFOX 3.0.7 (we tryed with "browse" button and with "simple uploader").
What can it be? Flash? JavaScript? Help us, because if we have a way to do it, we can tell to the members how to fix it.

Musics don ́t uploadThe "Browse" button makes us upload and completes the music, but then the music don ́t appear in the (it ́s a Mp3 for sure).
The "Simple Uploader" makes us the same, but then show us the error that the music have more than 8Mb.

Tom, you didn ́t read carefully what we said... We already had that link of yours, but when we arrive to the page that we putted here like an image, and because we don ́t have a Credit Card, we can ́t finallyze the payment (the "skip" button doesn ́t let us pass thru).
WE CONTACTED PAYPAL BY PHONE AND THEY SAID FOR SOCIALGO SEND US A "PAYMENT REQUEST" SO WE CAN FINISH OUR PAYMENT. Can you send to us this "Payment Request"?

We are experience a problem to finish our upgrade Premium Plan payment by PayPal. Like Stivi sent to us we entered:

Get On With It LTD - Link a card to make an instant payment
...and because we don ́t have a Credit Card, we can ́t pass it ("SKIP" button doesn ́t work).
WE CONTACTED PAYPAL BY PHONE AND THEY SAID FOR SOCIALGO SEND US A "PAYMENT REQUEST" SO WE CAN FINISH OUR PAYMENT. Can you send to us this "Payment Request"?
AND ONCE MORE:
Our social network (http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com) does not contain sexual content. Why when we trying to UPGRADE to Socialgo Premium plan ($24.99 montly), just keep saying in
Network Details: Mature 18+ ?
...and when we access:
Change My Plan just says: Do you want to move to Zocku?

but we www.clubeglamour.socialgo.com don ́t have adult content, we are a normal friendship network. Isn ́t Zocku for adult sites? We are a Social Network like Hi5, Netlog and Orkut.
...but we tried to go to that zocku link, and we did all the steps to make our $24,99 payment there, but when we put the PayPal items, we reach this page, and we don ́t have how to "ignore" (once more we don ́t have Credit Card), because we click ignore and stays in the same page (see the attach image).

You changed the EDIT PROFILE, by making 2 sub-groups, and now when we change the Photo, we don ́t have the confirmation button to recor the change (like when we choose from the custom avatares), and the photos do ́t appeear.
I use Internet Explorer 7 - SP2.
I think that this change that you made in EDIT PROFILE is a mistake.-

After the change in EDIT PROFILE the Photos don ́t loadBesides you forgot to put the confirmation changes button in EDIT PROFILE - CHANGE PHOTO (to record the new photo), after this changes the Photos don ́t load!!!!
And the CUSTOM AVATARS that usual turn one to another when new members arrive, now stays always the same, and don ́t pass to the next one.

The things don ́t seem better... seem worst! And once more I say: how would it be when we star to pay?????????
My country is Portugal, and my broadband is cable and very fast. I enter very quicky in other sites.
