    Great Service from a Great Employee of Comcast
    I would like to recognize good service when I receive it. I was unable to connect to my internet service via comcast today. Finally called comcast customer service and went through several (4) sessions of trying to reset my modem. Finally connected with a young lady in St. Louis Mo. Afraid I didn't get her name but she stuck with me through this problem, always lost my phone connection as also have comcast phone service. After trying the reset modem once more she called me back and found that I still did not have internet connecton. I am not ony an old senior who knows nothing about computers but don't understand instructions given. She talked me through the problem, finally somehow getting me to bypass the wireless router thus eliminating one of the internet cables and finally things worked. Turned out to be a faulty cable which I will replace but can be online until then. I would like this message to be received by her manager, who in turn will give her a "job well done"! Comcast is lucky to have such a valuable employee. She deserves a raise!!
