I'm thinking either I don't understand this game fully, or your spy network counter is broken. e.g. I had 80 spys in my ring this AM, I just added 2 more and I have....80. This has happened a few times. I've also noticed people that i follow and follow me in Twitter in my assassination list above the assasination list in my network.
