It seems that saving the post as a draft without providing a title has a weird effect on the URL of the post. We will be fixing this problem soon.

On the compose page, you'll find a link to "Display Options". Click it and check the "filename" option.

This will show your post URL when you're composing a new post or editing an existing one. Feel free to change the URL to something more descriptive whenever you need it.
