I simply don't agree. I still think you are penalizing loyal customers and that you're thinking is counter intuitive. But, you hold the keys to the domain. So, if I'll wait 5 or 10 upgrades then maybe the product will be perfect. -

Why is the upgrade price to new version 5 Professional unfair to loyal customers who have paid for upgrades from earlier versions? Right now to upgrade from v3Pro is $74.95 and at the same time from v4Pro is $74.95. I paid $49.95 to upgrade for v3Pro to v4Pro. So, already I paid $49.95 more than all v3Pro users to upgrade to latest version. I am being penalized for being a loyal customer. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Comments?
