hi corey, this tells me what's wrong. i should have mentioned step 2 would look like that if you can get that url. step 1 and 2 should look the same. I'm going to work with one of our hosting providers to fix the problem. Thanks so much for your troubleshooting it is hard to pin down these issues when they affect only a small portion of the county. If you can, please try this again a bit later. We will get this fixed as soon as possible.

1. Do you see anything at this url: http://pub.widgetbox.com/flash/instal...
2. how about: http://www.widgetbox.com/flash/instal...

3. finally can you try holding down shift while clicking reload on firefox then click get widget again
