I received and responded to our help request directly.

What I suggested — and I'm reposting here in case this helps anyone else who might be having this problem — is changing the special address Sandy set up for you at http://iwantsandy.com/settings .

Please do let me know how you get on after giving that a whirl.

Whenever I try to send email to the special email address provided in the Welcome email, it is bounced back with an SMTP: 550 blocked error from the remote iwantsandy.com server.
