Anyway, we are currently having some problems keeping this feature on. I'm afraid that the only way to access the service for you is through the web interface right now.

You know how precious for us are users like you, however we cannot help you any further for now.

Even if Plazes.com is not a Flash site, the upload a picture function makes use of some Flash libraries. We should update them to the new specifications or just get rid of Flash, but our developers are currently very very busy. – Giuseppe Bonetti, on February 17, 2009 10:57

I have hard time figuring out what is going wrong. But probably your SIP device has a network configuration that somehow blocks Plazer from working correctly. I am sorry I cannot help you any further. – Giuseppe Bonetti, on February 11, 2009 14:12

I am sorry you cannot use the Plazer.

Please check first if you enter correctly your credentials by logging in on Plazes.com
If you somehow forgot your password, get it here: http://plazes.com/passwords

If this does not work please let us know whether you are using Vista 64bit (with which is known that the Plazer is not compatible) and whether you encountered this problem suddenly or you changed something in the configuration of your computer (new OS, new Internet Connection, Proxies, ...).

Unfortunately I don't have any good news for you...
Since Plazes has been acquired by Nokia, some legal concerns regarding our Facebook application arose.
This is the reason why releasing a new one can take longer than just developing it.
Hopefully you can understand this.

apparently the problem is related to the Shockwave Flash plugin you are using.
We are going to update Plazes.com to support the version 10.0 as soon as possible.

we already discussed this during on of our meetings. It is a great feature, however we do not have planned it yet.

Honestly it is hard to say when we could expect the next release.
I know this is frustrating but we are working hard on something completely and revolutionary which is keeping us very busy.

Yes, unfortunately our current priorities are different but we are trying to fix bugs on Plazes too :-)
