First, thank you for responding so quickly.
Not having too much additional clutter is very reasonable. The last thing anyone likes to do is go to a "mobile" page and have it be too big to load at all (or hard to use). The Back and/or Main Menu button would still be nice.

There are quite a lot of functions available in the full interface that don't show in the WAP version. The idea is to make the most important functions available on your mobile device with as little additional clutter from more tools as can be managed. E.g. not being able to add an address could really put you in a tight spot, whereas removing an address is something that can be delayed without jeopardizing too much. That's the rationale, at least.

I've put this in for further review by the support supervisors; we don't want to be rigid about this kind of thing.

DIR-655 turns on my PS3 when I leave it in remote play wake on (wireless)lan.
Sony has a simple statement that says some routers will turn on the PS3 if the PS3 is set for remote play and off, they say, then tough you can't use that feature. Since it is caused by the router doing what routers do, does anyone know of some solutions that might get the router to stop waking up the PS3 for no reason?
If I try the remote play feature before the DIR-655 wakes the PS3, I can successfully use the remote play feature through an outside access point. (Neighbors "Linksys")
Remote play (wake on...) also works when it is PSP to PS3 directly.

    Set to:
    PS3: static IP, wireless
    DIR-655: UPnP on
DIR-655: DMZ on and set to PS3 IP
    Also connected:
Two computers with media sharing (wired)

Missing some WAP enabled Webmail fuctions
As I have been happily using m.sonic.net I have also run into two address book issues.
Under "Options:" you can "Add new" but not "Delete" e-mail addresses.
This is a smaller thing but when you enter "Add new" there is no option to go back to the main menu. Hitting back one page works but a button would be nice.
It is very usable as is.
