Lines get cut off when printing. I am working with this page. http://tinyurl.com/of7clh. A screen capture at http://tinyurl.com/p6yamw will show exactly what I am doing. You will see in the print preview that the right side of the lines are cut off. This happens even if I print from the PWYL sidebar.

Another lesser issue can also be seen. When I isolate the selected fields, the formatting in the title block of text is not retained. This, I can live with, but if you have an easy fix, it would be nice.
