It seems something is causing an "auto-MAAR" (automatic "Mark All As Read") on anything over three hours old, and on all personal threads. I am having to click into the "My Plurks" and "Responded" tabs without clicking the "View unread" in order to see any new responses.

I'm going to say "Amen" to David's original post, and add that there is a major problem when you are trying to make fixes/changes while the site is live. If you have to, announce that there will be maintenance going on, place the maintenance shutdown message, and close things until it works.

A randomly failing site does nothing for creating loyalty.

Once again, it looks like the Plurk team is playing with things or trying to make changes to the site without testing them on a test server first. When will these guys learn that they need to test first, then implement.

I like these ideas and would like to expand on the "mute" filter a bit. It would be nice to have a filter that allows you to look at only those conversations that are either muted or unmuted. Typically, I will mute something if it has reached its course, or if it is merely a "Good morning!" type plurk. I leave interesting or preferred plurks unmuted.

I had a similar request and I was directed to here. I definitely would prefer a "Back to oldest" or "Back to end" when in the "View new responses" view/filter. Enabling that option during the filtered view would make more sense, particularly for those that have many responses or new Plurks to view.

"Back to Start" Why not "Back to Oldest"?

Something that would be helpful is if there were a feature/button similar to "Back to Start" for the timeline that was "Back to oldest" when viewing new plurks/responses. Having to try and scroll back in time when you wake up and have 250+ responses or new plurks is really time consuming and annoying.

Profile picture upload - fail error

Trying to upload a 50k .GIF profile picture (yes, 50k, not 500k+) and continues to come back with an error. Doesn't matter how often I try, contrary to others' suggestions to "Just keep trying."
