I like them, but also don't get why things like "Entertainment" are in blogs/news...

With this first release of categories, there is currently not a way for users to allocate a program to a category. However, we are already working on the next release which will include the ability for users to suggest a category and will automatically categorize based on those suggestions.

We felt categories in their current state were too useful to hold back any longer and apologize if it is creating confusion for people.
