video tutorialsI can not see the video part of the tutorial. Quicktime says it is missing something. I have tried updating Quicktime and it tells me it is up to date. I am using XP. This happens on both Firefox and IE. Do you have any idea what it might be missing?

How to create a shortcut to a specific itemI would like to have an icon on the web computer desktop that links directly to one of the files I have uploaded. I would like people to just be able to click on the icon and it would open the file, much like a shortcut would do on my windows desktop. According to the user manual under the topic "Learn about desktop icons," it states "To create an icon for a specific data item (for example, a particular list, or web document, or photo album), first create a personal Shortcut to that item."
I went to "more about shortcuts" to learn how to do that and all I could find was how to get a shortcut to an application.
When I go to Files I do not see how I can have it just go to a specific file.
A comment on the question "How to sync two computers and one palm device" in AirSet:
OK, please bear with me on this. Which if any of these scenarios would work:
1. Desktop - Airset syncs to Palm desktop. Palm Desktop to palm.
Laptop - Airset syncs directly to palm with no palm software on computer.
2. Desktop - airset syncs directly to palm, then if I want info on desktop I can have palm overwrite palm desktop for calendar and contacts but still allow regular syncing for other things.
Laptop - same state as scenario one.
Hmmm, can't think of any other scenario.

I realize you responded to this 4 months ago so I was trying to figure out if I could do a remote sync with my Palm to my desktop and I never figured that out. So I re read your response today and I was wondering, what do you mean by tethering my Palm? – golfer, on April 26, 2009 21:59

Still great productThe ads are not as annoying as on other sites. Please, please, please do not ever ad those annoying flashing ads. I am a little suspicious about how Google targets ads specific to me, just call me paranoid. My husband and I have been using Airset for years and it is still the best product out there. It has saved us tremendous time by not having to have weekly meetings to just beam calendar information to each other. I do get very excited when I come across a cool little feature that I was unaware airset could do, but ends up making my life much easier. My favorite gizmo is the Firefox add-on, I just love highlighting and adding the info to the calendar.

file space amount indicatorFor those of us who have to remove our shoes to count past ten, would you please put one of those indicator bars on the file page that shows how much space is used and how much is left?

After reading all of this and getting pretty confused and I think a little over reactionary to this whole thing (really you guys need to learn how to communicate better), is what you are planning on doing the same sort of thing as if I had a free AOL account, or a gmail account or any number of these other free services that if I actual took the time to read the fine print are doing the same thing about collecting information in order to display the proper ads for me?

I believe that Airset has done a terrible job of handling this situation. I hope that they listen to their users and delay this rollout until they can describe the pricing and privacy plan clearly. So let me get this straight, If I have 6 web computers I will be paying $60 a month for privacy. If I don't Google will receive the name of my Web computers which gee, they have family last names on them for family based calendars. Now, I don't know if you all are aware but Google has been having privacy issues (check todays Wall Street), so I don't feel real good about the information you are providing them. Also, my BIG concern is that once Google has the name of my web computer will someone be able to Google Search and my web computer's name will appear?
I am so, so, so, very disappointed in y'all.

I am concerned about this because I am planning on purchasing a Centro. If I am correct from what I have ascertained looking through the airset help, that Palms phone devices are "not" supported by the over the air synching that can be done with other mobile devices? It seems to me that this could solve the Centro problem.
I have not switched from PC to Mac because of Airset, and I will end up purchasing a Treo if Centro will not work with Airset. I have become a slave to Airset. I absolutely love it, but please don't make me regret my allegiance.
Speaking of Palm products not working with Airset, I understand that Palm is supposed to be coming up with a new operating system. How will this affect your loyal Airsetters once Palms can only be purchased with the new os (I refuse to get a windows os Palm)?

How to sync two computers and one palm deviceIs this possible to do: two computers (desktop and laptop) one palm device. Can I use airset desktop to sync airset and my palm on my desktop computer and then use airset desktop to sync airset and my palm to my laptop? I want to be able to keep everything current when I travel.
