GR asked a question in SocialGO on February 18, 2009 21:02:
Post News LinksOne of the most important things for my network (currently on Drupal) is the News section. This is a simple area where people can post Links with Titles and a short Description, and everyone can visit and comment them. It's a bit like Digg, but without the digging.

Horizontal UI libraryPlease consider putting the UI Library Horizontally, on a left or right sidebar. It would work better on wide aspect ration screens, meaning most recent displays.
GR replied on November 25, 2008 11:21 to the idea "Choice of URL shorteners or selection to use none at all?" in Seesmic:
I actually like having the full URL visible when there is room for it. Many web sites today already converted to shorter URLs that fit well into a message i.e. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/23/mag... or http://blog.wired.com/music/2008/10/i...-

A comment on the idea "List to be placed *above* the timeline (UI pet peeve)" in Slife Labs:
It would probably look just as sexy, but it will be more intutitive. List with selection on top and viewer on the bottom is how it's done in any mail reader, news aggregator or anything else for that matter. – GR, on August 28, 2008 17:19
GR reported a problem in Slife Labs on August 22, 2008 14:36:
Stronger highlight for the selected activity in Activities listPlease use the default Mac OS highlight style (white on blue) in the lists. It's quite hard to notice the current selection on a MacBook screen. (I don't think it's me, I only have this problem in Slife.)

List to be placed *above* the timeline (UI pet peeve)It would probably make more sense to have the activities panels switched: list o top and selected activity chart at the bottom.-

A comment on the idea "Restrict screen capture area to specified window/area" in Clearleft:
Actually, offering the user to automatically reduce the screen resolution would be a great solution. Even better than recording only an area of the screen. – GR, on August 20, 2008 16:02
