Hi, i have sent you several emails regarding this, we believe the error is due to your firewall. We have suggested to uninstall and try the app again, if still no luck we will refund you.

Hey guys, so sorry its not we are neglecting it, its just been a bit of a whirl wind ride the last few months since we had the developer do a runner. many apologies we havent checked this site for a while, most people email, but i will actively look at this site from now on, also will RSS to it. i think the FTP issue is our end, let me look into and get back to everyone. many many apologies

Hi Ryan, we believe there is an issue our end, will get back to you asap about the issue, sorry for this, we have been a bit down, we built a windows version 3 months ago and when we paid for it the developer ran off with our money and the code. we have been actively working on building a new one and once we have finialised it, we are rebuilding the mac version aswell. will get back to you asap

its not the server, its just the first build we made for grabup, u can get the latest build by going to www.grabup.com and downloading the new build from there, let me know if there is any issues

hi , we have a build that fixes it, please email me at aisha@grabup.com and we will send the new build to you, sorry for the inconvience, we are building a windows version and once this is released we will fix this FTP build on the Mac version
