We've had one other report of video upload not working in Safari. However, I just tried uploading in Safari, and it is successfully uploading. Are you running Safari on a Mac or a PC?

Are you asking to be able to record milestones that are not in the "normal" range for your child? For example, if your child is 2, and is developing 3-year-old milestones?

If so, you can do that by going to your child's milestone page. (Click on "Upcoming Milestones" in the profile box of the dashboard, or from your child's overview page, click "Milestones.")

You're right that the default filter is your child's current milestones. But the filter (just below your child's picture) allows you to select "past" if you want to record old milestones and add stories and photos, or "future" to look at what's to come, and record any milestones that your child is already developing - even if it is not in the "normal" window.
