Thanks Priyanka, Does this mean that when I assign a task to someone with Email turned On they be notified immediately that they have been assigned this task?

Settings Tab and Email Notifications Control
I cannot see under the settings tab where the Super User can control when the email notifications are sent out (Tasks of all priorities, or only urgent Tasks etc.) from the 'Settings' tab. Nor how Super User can also decide whether the full Task needs to be displayed in the body of the email or not.
