For more that 2 months now many customers of O2 Czech Republic can't use Twitter. This is a biggest ISP in the country! It is a well known problem now, there are a lot posts exists on czech forums, but nobody wants to solve it: O2 tech support confirmed the issue but they said that they not blocking it. Twitter support keeps ignoring my support tickets (and I believe not only my). If anyone from twitter reading this - please do something to fix this problem.

Same problem. Yes, o2 Czech Republic too. But I think that O2 do not block Twitter but Twitter block some O2 networks. I tried to ask twitter support many times - no reply at all. I tried to ask O2 support - they confirmed the problem but also did nothing.
