I did as you suggested but when trying to enter my activation code, it tells me it is invalid. – Greg3000, on April 02, 2009 07:58

Excessive boot time on 2 computers after updating CS to software ver. 3.1.2708After updating 2 computers to the latest software version of CounterSpy 3.1.2708 it takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes for both computers to boot-up fully. This problem only appeared after updating the software. CS use to be a great product and worked flawlessly but it seems over the past couple of years they have gone downhill and is picking-up speed. I upgraded to Vipre not long after it was released and had to downgrade back to CS because Vipre missed tons of virus' & spyware. CS/Vipre is becoming the next Norton's AV, too bloated and a resource hog. Whoever wrote the original program for CS, rehire them and fire whoever is your current programmers. I will not renew my subscription and will go with Eset NOD32 from now on. I'm a computer tech. and will never recommend CS or any other Sunbelt Software products to any of my customers ever again.
