Yeah. They can go to the People & Roles section and just promote you up to admin. More details here if you need them: http://getsatisfaction.com/satisfacti...

Hi Eric, yep, can you contact admins at my company to add me as an admin. Alternatively and since I'm sitting next to them, is there a way for one of them to make me an admin? – Greg, on June 05, 2008 19:45

Greg. I think you've uncovered a bug in the way the "Get a topic widget" link works on your GSFN company page.
For now you can access your company's widgets by going to the widget pages themselves.
Live topic Widget
http://getsatisfaction.com/motionbox/...
Live Search Widget
http://getsatisfaction.com/motionbox/...
For some reason the badges are only available on the admin extensions page. So I'm going to paste the code here (these will link back to the motionbox page)

I agree this process can be super confusing. We're going to fix this bug and try to make it easier in the future.
I hope this helps you to get started.

Hi Greg,
To your point about having a hard time finding our "Help" section. You're right, we need to provide a link to Help in the footer since that is what most people expect.
The funny thing is that this is our "Help" section. Posting a question or problem in getsatisfaciton.com/satisfaction is how you get help. One thing that seems to have gone awry is that for some reason our system didn't send us an email when you posted this topic. We usually receive a notification in our inbox for every new topic posted in the /satisfaction area so that we can respond as soon as possible.
Also, emailing info@ as you did is another great way. I'm not sure which number you called but it was likely a cell phone number of one of my co-founders as theirs are the contact numbers we publish, but if it was after hours or they were on another call they may not have been able to pick up.
Anyway, we do apologize for the frustration you experienced trying to get help. We do try to be as responsive and timely as possible even given our small size.

Greg: So sorry to hear you're having problems. And, sorry that we aren't able to get back to you in real time. But, hopefully, we can get you all set up so you won't have these problems anymore.
If you're an admin for your company, you can access the admin section. It looks like you're set as an "employee" but not an admin. An admin at your company can grant you admin access by adding you in the Accounts and Roles section.
Can I contact your company admins and get you added to the list? That should give you access to all of the company tools, and access to widgets, which you can also customize.

Widget broken? Why is it hard to get help?I'd like to grab the code for a badge. Where can I do this...I'm an "employee" of my company. I'd like the larger badge here.

Also, when I attempt to get the code for a widget from the company page (link:"put a topic widget on your site") it takes me to a log in screen even thought I'm already logged in. If I log in, it takes me back to my company page, and I'm back where I started. This seems broken.
Lastly, it was extremely difficult to find getsatisfaction's help section. I would have thought that there'd be a link to support or help in the header and/or footer. I had to find help by googling getsatisfaction and help.
