I have the same problem and have posted on the same issue. No answer yet...

Also have 100% 3G in my area. Also upgraded to Premium for the iPhone service and feel let down.

Would be nice if someone from Spotify could respond! Maybe there's a phone setting that could be changed to make it work properly?

iphone stream keeps dropping
Recently upgraded to Spotify Premium to use the iphone app but the stream keeps dropping every 30 seconds or so and eventually the service goes down completely. Obviously can't listen when it's like this! It all works fine via 3G on my laptop so it must be the app. What can I do?
