These are both great ideas and are also both scheduled for the next release! I can't give a date right now, but should not be too far off.

Hey Bruce,

While I can appreciate the idea, the ScrnShots Community Guidelines do state that each screenshot must have a link back to the ScrnShots site.

The reason (most image sharing sites use the same concept) is so that we don't become an asset host for websites. Although, that doesn't mean that you couldn't make the screenshot link to the actual site and add a link to ScrnShots right beneath it.

Yeah i've been testing out LittleSnapper a bit and I would love to see ScrnShots integration. We've been a little slow on getting new stuff out the door lately, but we are definitely planning on seeing if we can get that done in the new year.

I know how you feel. We've had the idea for a while to do that, but there hasn't been much of a demand for it, so its been pushed back.

In the meantime, depending on your technical expertise, both ScrnShots and Flickr offer APIs. It wouldn't take too much to write a script that would take an image from one and put it on the other.

Appreciate the feedback though. I'll mark a +1 beside the feature in our future feature list.

I love the idea. I took a brief look at the API and it doesn't look like it would be that hard to do. I'll see if I can find some time to put it together.

Yeah we're really sorry about this. Things have been stalled (as you probably noticed :) )

In the meantime, I recommend checking out Shup (http://shup.com/). They built ScrnShots integration into their screenshot tool on Windows, and it works really well.
