Please provide a way to unsubscribe to the emails you send me within the emails themselves. Upon exploring the site while logged in I find no way to unsubscribe.

There should be a member login or existing member type of link within the main site. I never bookmarked my dashboard and had a hard time finding it again.

Recently I decided to start using Twitter as an additional RTM tool and I added RTM as a friend. Then when I tried to send the DM to link my account I relized RTM never added me as a friend back so I can't DM them. Is this a known issue or is there something else I need to do?

While trying to change my email address I received a message stating the email address was already in use. So I went to the forgot my password page thinking I accidentally used the email address with a different account. But then I get a message saying you cannot find my account.

ok, I deleted the SugarSync folder in User/Library/Application Preferences.
Then I relaunched the app and choice no when asked if I have installed SugarSync on this computer before. I was then able to get SugarSync started up although my old files are not automatically being synced because they are associated with a different computer (even though they are the same computer). So I will need to manually download my old files through the website which is a minor annoyance but manageable.

I should have mentioned this in the original post. I installed and I had to create a new computer. So I uninstalled, went online and deleted the duplicate. Then tried to install again. I didn't want to setup a new computer since I did install this on this computer previously but I will do it if I have to. Going to try the suggestions then I will post back with my results. Thanks for the fast responses guys.

Currently I formatted my drive and when I try to re install SugarSync on my Mac PowerBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.5.6. My mac has 2.4 GHz Intel Core Duo and 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. For some reason whenever I run SugarSync for the first time I receive this message



I have redownloaded and installed 3 times with the same error message. My files are still on SS's site but cannot get this installed.

Windows Hosting?

Hey Media Temple.
I am madly in love with your hosting services and custom control panels. I really have no complaints merely a question.

Currently the company I own has over a dozen websites. I would love to host them all on MT but a small hand full of my sites are web applications that are powered by ASP.Net. Forcing me to have a seperate hosting account with a competitor for those sites. This naturally increases our expenses and lets face it, after using MT we hate our Windows host provider.

Are there any plans to implement Windows hosting eventually or is it Apache only through and through?
