I have the same problem - 'My account has been temporarily restricted due to not using it in over 3 months. I was provided with a link that would send an email (to the correct address) with instructions on how to reset my password and reactivate my account. No email ever came...clicked 3 times. Then I tried the regular 'Reset Password' option and did receive that email. But after changing the password, I got the same reactivate your account message.
The email for my hi5 account is get_over_it_182@hotmail.com.
